Job summary

Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking a senior UKG System Administrator III to own and govern UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and Passport platforms across the enterprise.

You will serve as the go‑to expert for HRIS, payroll, and time capture, guiding governance, security, integrations, and reporting with HR, Payroll, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data Engineering teams. The role requires strong program management, vendor relations, and upgrade leadership, with a focus on data privacy, SSO

Qualifications

• 5-8 years administering enterprise HRIS/payroll/SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading at least one full enterprise implementation and one major upgrade.
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single company-wide contact for UKG and Passport platforms.
• Own UKG support ticket resolution from intake through closure, including vendor cases.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate escalation, roadmap reviews, and release planning.
• Lead UKG upgrade programs, including testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Administer platform configuration and security, including access controls and roles.
• Coordinate user access requests, role updates, and account terminations.
• Maintain HR, Payroll, Time Capture data ownership documentation across functions.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and address integration failures.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity on data flows.
• Define health metrics and present to leadership; drive continuous improvement.
• Gather reporting requirements and develop platform-native reports with IT teams.
• Train end users and administrators on UKG functionality and processes.
• Chair governance meetings and align enhancements with product roadmaps.
