Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a Senior Associate in UKG to lead UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) implementation workstreams, focusing on UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions. The role centers on delivering integrated client solutions and upholding professional standards.

You will manage project workstreams, develop PM standards and tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while traveling as needed. Strong UKG expertise, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with eligibility

Qualifications

Minimum three years of UKG consulting or implementation experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
Certifications in UKG modules and proven expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and WFM.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel; eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
