Qualifications

• Minimum three years of UKG consulting or implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
• Certifications in UKG modules and proven expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and WFM.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel; eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
