Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Developer, UKG to provide technical leadership and hands-on development for a large-scale UKG implementation. This role serves as the technical SME for UKG, driving design, integrations, security administration, and platform configuration with business and implementation teams.

The ideal candidate has deep UKG platform experience, strong API and integration skills, and a proven ability to mentor teams in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years software development or enterprise integration experience.
• 5+ years with UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM, or similar platforms.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, ETL, and SQL.
• Experience configuring security and RBAC in applications.
• Proven track record delivering technical solutions while remaining hands-on.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with UKG Integration Hub and other integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME and lead developer for the UKG platform.
• Design, build, and support integrations between UKG and HRIS/ERP systems.
• Configure UKG applications, workflows, and security components.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Administer UKG security roles and access controls.
• Support testing, deployments, upgrades, and production support.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Provide mentorship and hands-on development and configuration.
