Job summary

Majesco seeks a senior technical SME for UKG to translate HR requirements into secure, scalable solutions and to provide hands-on expertise across UKG configuration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, releases, and production support.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, business stakeholders, UKG, and implementation vendors to support a reliable HR technology platform, drive architectural governance, maintain technical design documents, and ensure secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in HR technology, enterprise applications, system integration, or related areas.
• 5+ years of hands-on UKG experience, preferably UKG Pro and/or UKG Workforce Management.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with UKG configuration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, releases, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical SME for UKG and translate HR requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise across UKG configuration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, releases, and production support.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, business stakeholders, UKG, and implementation vendors to support a reliable HR technology platform.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between UKG and payroll, IAM, finance, and other enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, extracts, and data feeds for HR and leadership stakeholders.
• Support governance, change control, and secure access, while ensuring data privacy and documentation are up to date.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and assist with releases, testing, and stabilization activities.
