Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a hands-on UI/UX Sr Manager to lead on-site experience across site redesign workstreams for Blue Nile and brand pages.

You will translate strategy into prototypes, wireframes and production-ready UI, while managing ticket flow and data health in parallel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure design fidelity, accessibility, and SEO alignment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in UI/UX or product design for ecommerce.
• Strong prototyping skills with Figma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of CRO, funnel analysis & experimentation.
• Experience managing a ticket-based UI/UX workflow.
• Familiarity with schema markup and product feeds.
• Experience working with external design/dev agencies.

Responsibilities

• Core Scope Site Redesign & Prototyping: Build and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for active redesign workstreams.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Collaborate on landing page and PDP experiments to improve funnel progression.
• UI/UX Ticket Management: Own the queue for on-site updates, landing-page builds, and maintenance.
• Catalog Data Health: Support UI-facing catalog data integrity with Digital Merchandising.
• Design System Discipline: Maintain consistency in components and patterns across pages.
• Agency Coordination: Work with external agencies to scope and ensure design fidelity before release.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Align with Digital Merchandising, SEO & GEO Strategy, and Infrastructure.
