You will collaborate with creative directors, strategists, UX specialists, developers, copywriters, client teams, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into cohesive UI systems and practical design documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital, UI and web design.
• Portfolio with web pages, interactive prototypes, UI systems, and design documentation.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals; ability to work with developers.
• Strategic, proactive designer who can independently manage projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and web design projects from early concepts and wireframes through final developer handoff.
• Create responsive web pages, interactive prototypes, component-based UI systems, and development-ready style guides.
• Participate early in brand and digital strategy, translating business objectives into clear design decisions.
• Partner with creative directors, strategists, UX specialists, developers, copywriters, client teams, and other stakeholders.
• Present work clearly to clients and connect creative thinking with technical requirements.
• Explore emerging tools and technology that can strengthen the team’s digital work.
