Job summary

You will translate business requirements into prototypes and collaborate with analysts and developers to improve SEO, speed, accessibility, and conversions. A strong portfolio and 3–4 years in enterprise UI/UX are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience.
• 3-4 years of senior UI/UX, graphic design, and web publishing experience with an enterprise CMS.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Portfolio of samples demonstrating experience is required.
• Experience creating prototypes for an enterprise Web Content Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develops page templates and content structure aligned with site goals and KPIs.
• Collaborates with Analysts and Designers/Developers to optimize SEO, load speed, accessibility, and usability.
• Implements A/B testing scenarios to measure engagement impact.
• Maintains design consistency through style guides across all digital media.
• Translates requirements into high fidelity mockups and prototypes for content and development teams.
• Analyzes UX to improve experiences using current design trends and technologies.
