Dream Panel is a licensed platform to receive, hold, convert, spend, and earn — cash and crypto in one account. Deposit addresses can be ready instantly. Funds stay visible and unusable until verification clears, then they can convert, spend, or withdraw. We are based around a founding team that came out of traditional banking.

About the role

You will harden the platform that holds customer balances: application security, access control, and the monitoring that sits on every inbound transfer. Dream Panel verifies identity before funds convert, spend, or leave — this role protects that gate.

What you'll do

• Own application security reviews for new money-movement features
• Improve detection for fraud, account takeover, and abuse
• Partner with Engineering on secure session, key, and access patterns
• Run incident response with clear customer and compliance communication

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in application or product security
• Hands-on experience securing web platforms that handle funds or PII
• Ability to write clearly for engineers and compliance reviewers

Nice to have

• Prior work in banking, payments, or crypto
• Experience with KYC/AML vendors
