The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to lead the design of intuitive and engaging product experiences across our portfolio. You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of UX design experience with web/mobile portfolio.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design.
• Proficient with Figma and design tokens.
• Experience leading UX projects and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of design tokens and design systems.
• Experience with usability testing and A/B testing.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design from research to implementation.
• Conduct user research and synthesize findings.
• Develop personas, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Conduct usability and A/B testing to validate solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and uphold design best practices.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and tokens.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design.
