Job summary

Tula is seeking a senior digital designer to lead design initiatives across web, mobile, and ecommerce platforms. The role requires delivering cohesive, brand-aligned experiences through design systems and scalable UI/UX solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present to leadership, and push creative boundaries while ensuring practical execution and consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital design experience and ability to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile, UX/UI, and creative direction.
• Proven track record building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines for digital products.

Responsibilities

• Own large-scale digital design projects from ideation to execution across site, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Create and maintain brand book and brand guidelines; develop Figma-based design systems to support teams.
• Collaborate with print, UX, and cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and optimize workflows.
• Leverage data-driven insights from cross-functional partners to inform creative decisions and stay abreast of industry innovations.
• Present designs to senior leadership to gain buy-in and work with project management to maximize resources and efficiency.
