Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI).
• 2+ years supervising or leading product designers.
• User-centered design approach grounded in research, data, empathy, and accessibility best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience designing for SaaS and/or mobile platforms.
• Background in UX architecture or facilitating stakeholder/customer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach design team across multiple concurrent projects.
• Streamline interface design and elevate user experience across the product portfolio.
• Develop and refine company-wide design standards and the design system.
• Evaluate new tools and AI-driven enhancements to improve workflows.
• Collaborate with UX Research and Front-End Engineering from concept to validated implementation.
• Present design work to stakeholders and executives, incorporating feedback into iterations.
