Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead and drive intuitive user experiences across our product portfolio. You will mentor juniors, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and shape our UX strategy from research to final design.

Based in Chicago, IL, you will own design systems, token architectures, and high‑fidelity visuals while ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering feasibility.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
