You will lead end-to-end design from ideation to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, collaborate with product and tech partners, and advocate for accessible, ethical design while mentoring teammates.

Competenze

• 5-7+ years designing and leading B2C or B2B products and websites.
• Proven track record of universally accessible experiences across languages and abilities.
• Strong user-centered design methods and best practices.
• End-to-end UX design process expertise from journey mapping to high-fidelity prototyping.
