Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to shape the future of Digital Customer Experience.

You will translate complex product goals into compelling UI, build scalable design systems, and guide cross-functional teams with empathy and clarity. You’ll craft experiences across web, mobile, and in-app surfaces, collaborating with product and engineering to ensure usable, accessible, and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience designing and leading B2C or B2B products and websites within cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of implementing globally impactful, universally designed experiences for diverse languages and abilities.
• Strong proficiency in user-centered design methods and best practices.
• Experience across the entire UX process: journey mapping, wireframes, high-fidelity prototyping and testing.
• Proven experience implementing design systems and creating style guides.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools, including AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and trustworthy digital experiences that contribute to customer success at Salesforce.
• Translate complex product capabilities and AI-assisted workflows into clean UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Prototype and test concepts rapidly to resolve ambiguity and validate flows.
• Lead customer journey mapping and experience design artifacts for cross-functional teams.
• Present design concepts and rationales confidently to stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee multiple web, mobile and in-app interfaces, ensuring high-quality implementation.
