Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience delivering digital products, web applications, or complex enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Expert-level Figma skills (auto-layout, tokens, component variables, interactive prototyping).
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution within a design system and standards.
• Outstanding communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end design for assigned product verticals—from discovery through pixel-perfect delivery.
• Support and contribute to design systems, patterns, and scalable standards.
• Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders and build alignment.
• Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate complex interactions and validate flows.
• Plan qualitative user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate decisions.
