Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience in digital products or complex platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
• Expert-level Figma skills (auto-layout, tokens, components, prototyping).
• Balance strategy with hands-on execution within a design system.
• Strong prioritization and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI-driven features and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for product verticals from discovery to delivery.
• Contribute to design systems, patterns, and scalable standards.
• Present design recommendations and align with stakeholders.
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate flows.
• Plan qualitative research, usability testing, and iterations.
• Ensure WCAG accessibility and clear health-literate design.
