Job summary

RingCentral, Inc. in Belmont, CA is seeking a Professional Services Contact Center Engineer to drive RingCX and RCCC implementations in new contact center designs, builds, and training.

You will deliver full value of proposed solutions, including RingCentral's AI capabilities, across projects and timelines. You will lead end-to-end technical builds, configure IVR/ACD, connect to CRM/helpdesk via REST APIs, and provide technical guidance while coordinating with multiple teams and customers

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Professional Services Implementation role; Contact Center industry experience required.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, networking; RESTful APIs; WFM; PBX; Dialer; ACD; CTI; VoIP; and IVR/VRU systems.
• Basic familiarity with AI-enabled contact center capabilities and willingness to build AI fluency as RingCentral's AI feature set expands.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical implementation of RingCX and RCCC projects, including call flow configuration, IVR/ACD routing, dialer setup, and PBX/CTI integration.
• Connect RingCentral solutions to customers' existing systems using REST APIs and webhooks, syncing data with CRM/helpdesk platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, ServiceNow, NetSuite).
• Support deployment of RingCentral's AI capabilities within contact center implementations.
• Assess solution specs against requirements and recommend designs to optimize value.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations across customers within timelines.
