Job summary

RingCentral, Inc. in the United States seeks a Professional Services Contact Center Engineer to drive RingCX and RCCC implementations in new contact center environments. You will lead end-to-end technical work from design to go-live and ensure value delivery for customers.

You will configure IVR/ACD, dialer, PBX/CTI, and integrate solutions with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and NetSuite while leveraging RingCentral AI capabilities. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Professional Services Implementation role; Contact Center experience required.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, RESTful APIs, and networking.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled contact center capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical implementation of RingCX and RCCC.
• Configure call flows, IVR/ACD routing, dialer, PBX/CTI integration.
• Connect RingCentral solutions to CRM and helpdesk platforms via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Support deployment of RingCentral's AI capabilities (AIRPro) in contact centers.
• Assess requirements and propose designs that optimize value for the customer and RingCentral.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations across customers and keep timelines.
• Create customer-facing documentation and sign-off materials.
• Execute tasks per Project Plan and Project Manager directions.
• Provide technical consultation and support across geographies.
• Maintain status reporting and escalate issues as needed.
