Job summary

GlobalXperts in Raleigh is looking for a Senior IP Telephony Systems Engineer to provide core IP telephony design, deployment, maintenance, and support for Cisco Contact Center and UC systems. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years experience in voice networks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly.

This position involves leading engineering efforts, client consultations, and maintaining documentation. Candidates will support Cisco technologies and should be self-motivated and adaptable to change.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in networked voice and call center environments.
• High-end experience in PBX or Call Center systems.
• Ability to work weekends and off hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and support IP based call center solutions.
• Analyze existing voice and data networks recommending solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot UC systems including Unified Call Manager.
