Maximum Technology is seeking Systems Engineers to support our Naval Radar programs on the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Team in Huntsville, AL. The role emphasizes testing, integration, and verification in both simulated and real-world environments.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, can obtain a U.S. government security clearance, and are U.S. citizens. Travel up to 10% may be required for mission support at various locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM required with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real-world environments.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating functionality and impact.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality.
• Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% to support mission execution at various locations including RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.
