Job summary

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to design, develop, and test solutions for radar surveillance, electronic warfare, and unmanned aircraft systems. You will support manufacturing test systems and introduce new designs into production.

Responsibilities include developing test hardware, maintaining LabVIEW/Python software, applying data analysis tools, and resolving hardware/software issues in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering technology, or related discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of radar, RF, and electronic warfare systems.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/test solutions translation from requirements.
• Exposure to design-for-test or manufacturing test requirements development is a plus.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python programming.
• Familiarity with databases and data analysis tools.
• Root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hardware or software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support development of manufacturing test systems for radar surveillance, EW, and UAS.
• Apply engineering principles to introduce new designs into production.
• Develop and maintain test hardware to improve capability, reliability, and throughput.
• Modify and maintain software such as LabVIEW and Python.
• Use SQL queries and tools like MATLAB and Minitab for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues in test environments.
• Provide engineering support during new product introductions and production.
• Ensure test documentation, requirements, and records meet quality and schedule goals.
