Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelors, masters or PhD in engineering or related field with progressive engineering experience (9+ years with a Bachelors, 7+ with a Masters, 4+ with a PhD).
• Professional Engineering License desirable; DoD security clearance required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interface with departments and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop UAS Simulator solutions per customer requirements.
• Evaluate needs and problems; propose effective engineering solutions.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair systems; provide technical presentations.
• Lead technical staff and coordinate workloads; provide guidance to colleagues.
