Qualifications

• Bachelor/master/PhD in engineering or related field with progressive experience.
• Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate complex projects.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develops UAS simulator solutions per customer requirements.
• Supports engineering systems by evaluating needs and solving issues.
• Troubleshoots and repairs systems using engineering principles.
• Communicates results and provides technical presentations.
• Directs designers and may guide junior staff.
• Represents the organization on technical issues for projects.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Works to observe all laws and safe practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
