We seek a Senior Data Analyst to partner with User Acquisition, owning measurement from attribution to cohort LTV and payback, turning data into actionable spend recommendations. The ideal candidate excels in SQL and Python, has strong analytics experience, and can ensure data quality,

Qualifications

• Analytical excellence to dissect complex, ambiguous problems and uncover actionable insights.
• Solid SQL and Python programming skills, with large-scale production data experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or Branch).
• Experience building dashboards, LTV/payback models and cohort analyses.
• Familiarity with growth marketing concepts such as A/B Testing, Causal analysis, Incrementality and MMM.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain datasets and data pipelines for self-service analytics across the organization.
• Improve data quality, accuracy, and documentation to strengthen analytics.
• Own UA performance measurement across paid channels and ROAS.
• Build predictive LTV models and cohort curves to guide bidding and budgeting decisions.
• Reconcile data across MMPs, ad networks, and internal event data; investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze web-to-app funnels to identify drop-offs and optimize flows.
• Design and read incrementality tests and A/B tests to measure lift beyond last-touch attribution.
• Monitor traffic quality and flag anomalies, including fraud and low-quality sources.
