Job summary

Mode is a fast-growing technology company building businesses at the intersection of AI, data, mobile apps, and digital experiences, with a global user base over 100M monthly active users. We are seeking an analytics-focused professional to design datasets, own UA performance metrics, and develop predictive models to optimize growth across paid channels.

Qualifications

• Proven SQL and Python skills with analytics experience.
• Experience in UA/performance marketing data environments.
• Familiarity with at least one MMP and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain datasets and data pipelines for self-service analytics.
• Own UA performance measurement across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin).
• Build and maintain predictive LTV models and cohort curves.
• Reconcile and validate data across MMPs, ad networks, and internal event data.
• Analyze web-to-app and web funnel performance to identify drop-offs.
• Design and interpret incrementality tests, geo-holdouts, and A/B tests.
• Monitor traffic quality and flag anomalies such as fraud or low-quality sources.
• Partner with the UA team on budget allocation and channel mix scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain common datasets and data pipelines for self-service analytics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics
• At least 2 years supporting user acquisition or performance marketing for mobile apps
• Solid SQL and Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with at least one MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or Branch)
• Experience building dashboards, LTV/payback models, and cohort analyses
• Familiarity with growth marketing concepts like A/B Testing, Causal analysis, and Incrementality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Big Data tools such as Redshift, Spark, or Airflow
• Experience with experiment design and predictive modeling
• Experience in tech or startup environments
