CIBT is seeking a Senior Consultant, U.S. Immigration to support delivering and managing corporate immigration cases for employees and clients. You will coordinate case prep, prepare documentation, monitor deadlines, and provide timely updates to clients and employees.

This senior IC role emphasizes quality, risk management, and knowledge sharing within the team. As a visible resource to Consultants and junior staff, you will guide on complex matters, ensure adherence to service standards, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience supporting U.S. business immigration in a corporate environment.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume U.S. immigration caseload.
• Experience coordinating case preparation with U.S. immigration attorneys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of U.S. business immigration cases from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate collection and review of information and supporting documentation for case preparation.
• Prepare immigration forms, supporting documentation, case materials, and related correspondence for attorney review.
