Job summary

Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners in Moscow Mills, MO is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on John Deere and related equipment.

You will work independently or with guidance, mentor trainees, document work orders promptly, and participate in customer clinics as needed. Travel up to 50% with a 2-year degree common for this role. CDL preferred and a valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing service repairs with metrics-driven performance is preferred.
• Experience using Service ADVISOR or similar diagnostic tools is expected.
• Strong documentation and communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance on agricultural/turf equipment.
• May require direction from Service Manager or Shop Foreman.
• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Technicians.
• Maintains thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs on work orders.
