Job summary

Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners in Scott City, MO is seeking an experienced Service Technician to diagnose and repair John Deere equipment and technology. You will mentor trainees, support customer clinics, and perform in-field diagnostics as needed.

Ideal candidates have hands-on repair experience, familiarity with mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems, and proficiency with diagnostic tools such as Service ADVISOR. A high school diploma or GED is required, with CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience performing service repairs and meeting performance metrics.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment.
• Experience operating diagnostic tools and vehicles for repairs.
• Familiarity with Service ADVISOR or similar diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment and technology.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees and Service Technicians.
• Conducts or supports customer clinics.
• Performs diagnostics and repairs in the field as required.
• Accountable for billable time and work orders; documents diagnostics and repairs.
