Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy seeks a seasoned Engineered Solutions leader to direct regional strategy and execution across North America. You will align sales, engineering, and service to deliver on customer commitments and profitability.

Responsibilities include growing the opportunities pipeline, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining compliance with ISO standards while leading cross-functional teams to close high-value orders.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in an engineered-to-order product manufacturer.
• Prior experience with turbomachinery/rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate objectives into functional goals and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineered solutions direction for North America across turbines, compressors, expanders and pumps.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans with Global Director and Region Sales Leader.
• Act as customer advocate for operational excellence and on-time delivery.
• Drive bookings target and grow regional opportunities pipeline.
• Collaborate with Global Service Sales for modification opportunities.
