Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy in North America seeks an experienced leader to direct Engineered Solutions portfolio, drive order intake, improve profitability, and align sales, engineering and service functions.

You will oversee regional strategy, ensure on-time delivery, maintain ISO compliance, and develop opportunities with Elliott and non-Elliott fleets. This role requires a BS in engineering, 6+ years in engineered-to-order environments, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in an engineered-to-order product manufacturer.
• Experience with turbomachinery/rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000, 18000 and local compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineered solutions direction for NA region (conversions, modifications, upgrades, rerates).
• Develop strategic and tactical plans with Global Director and Region Sales Leader.
• Drive customer advocacy and operational excellence (on-time delivery, quality).
• Build and grow opportunities pipeline for Elliott and Non-Elliott equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close orders and optimize margins.
