Constellation seeks an experienced outage planning professional to execute work packages, schedule critical turbine services, and ensure compliance with HU/THU techniques while mentoring teams.

The role emphasizes coordination across work management, supply, and engineering to pre‑plan maintenance, procure materials, and develop accurate discipline schedules for outages and non‑outage work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or
• SRO license with 5 years of related experience or
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience or
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience

Responsabilités

• Plan and prepare work instructions for maintenance repairs and modifications.
• Conduct field walkdowns to identify corrective and preventive maintenance needs.
• Develop and review maintenance procedures to ensure codes and standards are met.
• Coordinate discipline schedules for accurate planning and resource allocation.
• Develop schedules and reports for management tools and feedback.
• Assist in contingency planning with Project Managers and Field Leads.
• Support planning with work package customization.
