Job summary

Constellation is seeking a qualified professional to plan and execute turbine services work packages for outage and non-outage scopes at our Clean Energy Center facilities. You will develop detailed schedules, identify required tooling and parts, and coordinate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to ensure successful execution.

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, human performance fundamentals, and coaching to drive continuous improvement in maintenance planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or SRO license with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examination and/or testing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work instructions for maintenance repairs and modifications.
• Conduct field walkdowns and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues.
• Develop and review maintenance procedures ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate discipline schedules for accurate planning and resource allocation.
• Develop schedules and reports to aid management in execution and feedback.
• Assist in contingency planning with Project Managers and Field Leads.
• Support planning with work package customization.
• Schedule and status activities for outage and non-outage work scopes.
• Identify tooling, parts, and consumables required for work packages.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 5 years related experience

Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years related experience

Associate's degree with 7 years related experience

High school diploma/GED with 9 years related experience
