Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Turbine Services Planner to execute planning and preparation of work packages for outage and non-outage work scopes.

The role requires diagnosing needs, coordinating with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering, and enforcing Human Performance techniques to drive continuous improvement. The candidate will develop detailed schedules, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and support contingency planning with project leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work instructions for corrective maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, and modifications; approve materials for work package execution.
• Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze maintenance activities; collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Develop, revise, and review maintenance procedures to facilitate work package development and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and vendor recommendations.
• Coordinate, develop and update discipline schedules to ensure accurate planning, resources, parts acquisition, and schedule execution.
• Develop detailed schedules and reports; coordinate with CEC Work Management to ensure interactive components in the schedule are met.
• Assist in the development of contingency plans with Project Managers and Field Leads.
• Support planning with work package customization.
• Schedule and status activities for both outage and non-outage work scope.
• Identify required tooling, parts, materials and consumables for work package development.
