Job summary

Constellation, a leader in clean energy, seeks a Turbine Services planner for outage and non-outage scopes. The role drives work package planning, field execution, and maintenance optimization within our Clean Energy Center programs, with emphasis on safety and performance.

You will coordinate with engineering, supply, and project teams to ensure precise scheduling, tool selection, and continuity of critical turbine operations across our U.S. facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience or
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience or
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work instructions for corrective and preventive maintenance and modifications.
• Identify and resolve work package issues through field walkdowns and collaboration with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering.
• Develop and review maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and vendor recommendations.
• Coordinate discipline schedules for accurate planning, resource allocation, and parts acquisition.
• Develop schedules and reports to aid execution and feedback; coordinate with CEC work management as needed.
• Assist in developing contingency plans with Project Managers and Field Leads.
• Support planning with work package customization.
• Schedule and status activities for outage and non-outage work scopes.
• Identify tooling, parts, and materials required for work package development.
