Job summary

Constellation in Morris, IL, seeks a seasoned Turbine Services planner to organize outage and non-outage work packages, schedules, and procedures for our Clean Energy Center programs. You will coordinate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering, develop detailed schedules, and ensure compliance with HU/THU techniques, with mentoring to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work instructions for corrective maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, and modifications; select/procure materials for work package execution.
• Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze activities; collaborate with Work Management, Supply, Operations, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Develop and review maintenance procedures to ensure codes, standards, and vendor recommendations are met.
• Coordinate and update discipline schedules for accurate planning and resource allocation.
• Develop detailed schedules and reports; coordinate with CEC work management to meet interactive schedule components.
• Assist in development of contingency plans with Project Managers and Field Leads.
• Support planning with work package customization.
• Schedule and status activities for outage and non-outage work scope.
• Identify tooling, parts, material and consumables required for work package development.
