Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of power generation, turbine maintenance, outage management, project management, or related utility experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading major maintenance outages and large multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of steam turbine, gas turbine, generator, and auxiliary system maintenance practices.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and OEM service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Outage Planning and Execution: Lead planning and execution of major steam turbine, gas turbine, and generator outages.
• Project Management: Develop project execution plans, risk registers, and resource plans; monitor performance and expenditures.
• Safety & QA: Promote safety, ensure compliance with station and industry standards; conduct field inspections and hold‑point reviews.
• Leadership: Mentor coordinators and planners; interface with OEM teams and contractors; provide executive‑level status updates.
