Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Senior Turbine Services Planner to coordinate outage and non-outage work packages, schedule activities, and ensure compliance with Human/Technical Human Performance standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or
• SRO license with 5 years of related experience or
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience or
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare work instructions for corrective and preventive maintenance and modifications.
• Conduct field walkdowns to identify and analyze maintenance activities and provide input to improve work packages.
• Develop, revise, and review maintenance procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
• Coordinate and update discipline schedules for effective planning and resource allocation.
• Develop detailed schedules and reports to support execution and feedback, coordinating with Work Management as needed.
• Assist in contingency planning with Project Managers and Field Leads.
• Support planning with work package customization.
• Schedule and status activities for outage and non-outage work scopes.
• Identify tooling, parts, and materials required for work package development.
