Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant turbomachinery aerodynamics experience (US candidate).
• Strong background in turbine aerodynamic design and analysis across lifecycle phases.
• Proven leadership and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead turbine aerodynamic design and analysis for high/low-pressure turbines.
• Drive strategic plans and coordinate with design boards and stakeholders.
• Mentor teams and promote robust design and manufacturing practices.
• Apply advanced CFD and testing techniques to optimize performance and yield.
• Balance risk, innovation, and business value across domains.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with turbomachinery aerodynamics

Master’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with turbomachinery aerodynamics

PhD in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with turbomachinery aerodynamics
