Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with turbomachinery aerodynamics emphasis and 15+ years of relevant technical experience (US candidates).
• Master’s Degree with turbomachinery aerodynamics emphasis and 14+ years of relevant technical experience.
• PhD with turbomachinery aerodynamics emphasis and 12+ years of relevant technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Turbine Aerodynamic Design and Analysis across product lifecycle.
• Promote systems thinking, risk mitigation, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Utilize and mentor in the DEQ process and apply robust product/process improvement tools.
• Identify opportunities for design/process improvements across domains/sites.
• Develop and communicate Engineering or Manufacturing Practices Manuals.
