Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering with turbomachinery aerodynamics.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant technical experience in aerodynamics.
• Willingness to work remotely or onsite at Cincinnati HQ, with U.S. employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Recognized SME in Turbine Aerodynamic Design, collaborating across domains and lifecycle stages.
• Promote systems thinking and risk mitigation while engaging stakeholders.
• Lead design optimization and cross‑domain improvements to maximize value.
• Coach and mentor staff; drive training initiatives in the domain.
• Lead program issue resolution to meet customer and regulatory expectations.
