Qualifications

• US candidates require a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with turbomachinery aerodynamics and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Or a Master’s Degree with 14 years, or a PhD with 12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead turbine aerodynamic design and analysis across design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, field operations, and repair.
• Promote systems thinking and risk mitigation while engaging stakeholders.
• Mentor teams in Design Execution Quality (DEQ) processes and product/process improvements.
