Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience as an estimator, cost estimator, or quantity surveyor in tunnel construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project drawings to identify scope and specifications.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and labor cost estimation.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on project requirements.
• Update and maintain a cost tracking system.
• Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and pricing fluctuations.
