Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. seeks a Senior Estimator to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project, a landmark infrastructure initiative in the Northeast.

As a delivery partner, you will lead cost estimation for civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, track, and related components, coordinating with the program lead estimator to ensure accurate, timely estimates that inform budgeting and procurement decisions. Qualifications

10 years of experience in construction estimating on complex infrastructure or tunnel projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of cost estimating methodologies for transit projects.
Familiarity with NYC construction unions rates and rules.

Responsibilities

Provide project scoping, design, and construction phase supervision for a large transit program in New York City.
Collaborate with the lead estimator and cost estimating team to develop accurate estimates for civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and track components.
Develop estimates for MEP, civil, architectural, and utility works with attention to schedule constraints.
