Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction estimating on complex infrastructure or tunnel projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience preparing detailed cost estimates for MEP, civil, structural, or architectural construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide project scoping, design, and construction phase supervision for a large transit program in New York City.
• Collaborate with the program lead estimator and cost estimating team to develop accurate cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, track, utilities, and related facilities.
• Apply cost estimating methodologies and techniques specific to the transit industry and ensure timely delivery of materials.
