Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project in New York City. You will lead cost estimating across civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and transit components, leveraging project controls and NYC trade rates to deliver accurate estimates.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the nation’s most iconic infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction estimating on complex infrastructure or tunnel projects.
• Experience in cost estimating methodologies for transit projects.
• Knowledge of NYC construction trade unions rates and rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide project scoping, design, and construction phase supervision for a large transit program in New York City.
• Collaborate with the program lead estimator and cost estimating team to develop accurate cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, track, utilities, and related facilities.
