Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Estimator to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project in New York. You will be part of the Delivery Partner team delivering this landmark infrastructure program, focused on cost estimation across civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, track, and utilities components.

The role requires 10 years of experience in complex infrastructure estimating, a Civil Engineering-related degree, and knowledge of NYC trade unions and rules.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction estimating on complex infrastructure or tunnel projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of New York City construction trade unions rates and rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide project scoping, design, and construction phase supervision for a large transit program in New York City.
• Utilize cost and schedule management methods specific to the transit industry.
• Collaborate with the program lead estimator and cost estimating team to develop detailed estimates for civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, track, utilities, and related facilities.
