Qualifications

• Requires Master towing license for Near Coastal with GRT qualifications.
• STCW certifications with higher-end endorsements preferred.
• Proficient in VMS operation and knowledge of Sub-M and ABS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform fleet and vessel navigation using approved equipment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide advanced crew management, feedback, and performance evaluations.
