Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned test and evaluation professional to support NC3 enterprise-level systems engineering at Fort Meade. The role focuses on validating mission readiness, developing automated testing, and analyzing system performance across multiple security classifications.

Ideal candidates have a TS/SCI clearance, a Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, and 10+ years of testing experience, including test planning, execution, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 10+ years in testing, evaluation, test planning, and documenting results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate Mission Readiness by developing and executing comprehensive test plans and procedures for vulnerability, analytical, and technical assessments of complex communication systems across security classifications.
• Engineer automated testing capabilities and analysis tools (GOTS/COTS) to enable end-to-end assessment of system performance and security.
• Optimize system performance by configuring and operating network, voice, and video quality analysis tools and modeling suites.
• Deconstruct complex anomalies through root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve issues uncovered during testing.
• Document operational truth by creating and maintaining detailed documentation for testing activities, methodologies, and reports.
