Responsibilities

• Design the blueprint for mission-critical systems across software, hardware, and communications.
• Maintain the NC3 Configuration Management Plan and Baseline with change control and audits.
• Champion the digital engineering strategy by automating configuration management workflows.
• Collaborate with boards and senior stakeholders to review changes and support national security missions.
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and cross-functional interfaces.
